okay so umm i have a new favourite food....i think it just MAY have overtaken the 4pm chocolate cravings....
yoghurt with frozen blueberries (because im too much of a tideass to pay for fresh blueberries) on top! its actually amazing! AND totally healthy which makes you feel sooo much better! and if your feeling really outrageous, cut up some fresh strawberries and throw them in as well!
